THE DENTAL IMPLANT PROCEDURE: After a thorough evaluation, your implant dentist can tell you whether you’re a candidate for an implant solution. They require adequate bone structure for placement so often times dental implant imaging is required but don't worry, we've established a partnership with 3-D Smile, llc so that everything can be taken care of under one roof. *Teeth Implants can also anchor bridges, partials, or full dentures to eliminate slipping. After a thorough assessment, the procedure may begin. The first stage of the procedure involves oral surgery in which a titanium post is implanted into the jawbone for each missing tooth or for the new teeth that will anchor a bridge or denture. Nature will take its course, allowing your bone tissue to fuse with the titanium post. This creates a solid foundation. Once secured, your dentist will attach a handcrafted, permanent crown to each post. The restorations will match your natural teeth and blend seamlessly with your smile. By imitating an entire natural tooth, from the root up, implants offer a prosthetic that closely mimics nature. The result? Patients enjoy restored function, which allows a healthy diet of hard-to-chew foods. Speech may also improve. Strong and secure, your new smile will boost your confidence, enhance your appearance, and improve your quality of life.

Implant Dentistry Houston FeaturesTwenty years ago, these patients would have had no alternative but to employ a fixed bridge or removable denture to restore their ability to eat, speak clearly and smile. Fixed bridges and removable dentures, however, are not the perfect solution and often bring with them a number of other problems. Removable dentures may slip or cause embarrassing clicking sounds while eating or speaking. Of even greater concern, fixed bridges often affect adjacent healthy teeth, and removable dentures may lead to bone loss in the area where the tooth or teeth are missing. Recurrent decay, periodontal (gum) disease and other factors often doom fixed bridgework to early failure. For these reasons, fixed bridges and removable dentures usually need to be replaced every seven to 15 years. |

No you don't. Versions of MySQL lower than 4.1 do not have built in UTF-8 support. However, Joomla! 1.5 has made provisions for backward compatibility and is able to use UTF-8 on older databases. Let the installer take care of all the settings and there is no need to make any changes to the database (charset, collation, or any other). |

Oral Surgery And Dental Implants Houston -- To ensure this code release, our team of oral and periodontal surgeons resorted to sending rum to joint lead-developer Johan Janssens. Johan, who's had a penchant for rum ever since the first "Pirate's of the Caribbean" movie screened, took the bait, mixed it with Cola, and here we are with our latest dental implant release. It looks like pirate talk will figure quite a lot in future development! |

Yes it can! This is a significant security improvement. The safe mode limits PHP to be able to perfom actions only on files/folders who's owner is the same as PHP is currently using (this is usually 'apache'). As files normally are created either by the Joomla! application or by FTP access, the combination of PHP file actions and the FTP Layer allows Joomla! to operate in PHP Safe Mode. |

This is now defined in the Language [lang].xml file in the Language metadata settings. If you are having locale problems such as dates do not appear in your language for example, you might want to check/edit the entries in the locale tag. Note that multiple locale strings can be set and the host will usually accept the first one recognised. |

Well... how about never needing to mess with encoding settings again? Ever needed to display several languages on one page or site and something always came up in Giberish? With utf-8 (a variant of Unicode) glyphs (character forms) of basically all languages can be displayed with one single encoding setting. |

Joomla! 1.5 does not provide an upgrade path from earlier versions. Converting an older site to a Joomla! 1.5 site requires creation of a new empty site using Joomla! 1.5 and then populating the new site with the content from the old site. This migration of content is not a one-to-one process and involves conversions and modifications to the content dump. There are two ways to perform the migration: |
